Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled:

24–48 hours before the appointment: 65% of the scheduled service total will be charged.

Less than 24 hours before the appointment or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged.
